Peter Holscher has worked in the hotel and conference hospitality field throughout much of his career managing event, restaurant, lounge, banquet and sales teams. He has been a sort after consultant specializing in hotel and café startups from Boston, MA to the Caribbean. He is also a regional speaker on the topics of Creating Welcoming Spaces, How to Launch a Successful Facility Rental Business and Café Startups 101.
Currently, Peter is employed by Grace Chapel, a nondenominational church headquartered in Lexington MA with over 4000 weekly attendees. As Director of Campus Operations, Peter oversees the Crossroads Café, offers support to all ministries and special campus construction projects, collaborates with the Facilities Team, handles all event rentals and contracts as well as manages the look & feel of all buildings across all campuses.
He grew up in Rhode Island working for the family greenhouse business and eventually moved to Massachusetts to attend Bentley University where he received degrees in both Marketing and Business Management. He enjoys traveling to anywhere there are palm trees and loves to tire out his German Shepherd, Misha, with a long game of fetch!
